In Spring 2014, the first phase of the construction was launched. Three houses type I are being constructed as first ones, the completion date is set on Spring 2015, the first phase at whole is intended to be completed in three years.

House type I

There are 3 houses of this type in total. These are three-floored houses with 10 apartments on each floor.

The size of the apartments varies from 70 m2 to 110 m2 and the total size of the house is 950.2 m2.

Each apartment has its own parking space, as for the apartments on the ground floor, these have a garden, as for the apartments on the second floor, these have a terrace.

House type II

There are 5 houses of this type in total. These are three-floored houses with 12 apartments on each floor.

4x 3+kk

The size of the apartments varies from 47 m2 to 70 m2 and the total size of the house is 1099 m2.

Each apartment has its own parking space, as for the apartments on the ground floor, these have a garden, as for the apartments on the second floor, these have a terrace.

House type III

There are 5 houses of this type in total. These are four-floored houses with 8 apartments on each floor.

The size of the apartments varies from 31 m2 to 83 m2 and the total size of the house is 554 m2.

There is a parking space under the ground or in front of the house at disposal, as for the apartments on the second floor, these have a terrace.
