Architect's view for the project Letná-Belveder

Our goal is to lay foundations of the future full-valued housing area in the style of Teplice residence quarters where houses form the street and neighborhood while preserving the privacy of the residents. We do not want to follow up the individualistic construction of the oversized family houses in large gardens, which often fill the edges up. The Prosetice Hillside is an ideal location for garden city development with great attraction of beautiful sight into the nature both close and far away with a direct connection with spa area and roadway communication with Prague and Dresden. We suppose the construction to be finished step by step, phase by phase; among others, the construction will offer a variety of services included covered swimming pool, relax resorts and shops to its future residents.

As local architects we try to make use of knowledge of the location in favour of both contemporary and future residents while investing of our clients is reasonable to improve the housing area of our city.
